From humble beginnings Australasian Commercial Agents (“ACA”) was established in 1971 as Civil Investigations & Mercantile Agency (“CIMA”) in the rural town of Emerald in Central Queensland. 

The purpose of the organisation was to offer fast professional and cost-effective debt recovery services primarily to businesses in the central Queensland area.

Today we are able to collect outstanding debts and overdue accounts from debtors both here and in other States of Australia.

Our principle has over 50 years of experience and in addition to being a government licenced Debt Collector (Field Agent and Collection Agent) and a former Magistrates Court Bailiff he is also a licenced Real Estate Agent, Auctioneer and Motor Dealer.

Today Australasian Commercial Agents (“ACA”) is equipped to provide a complete service that includes forclosure, repossession, storage and disposal.

These services are often sought but rarely found in organisations such as Australasian Commercial Agents (“ACA”). 

Whilst on many occasions much of the work Is done in-house, we have established solid relationships with legal firms and other Debt Collectors (Field Agents and Collection Agents) throughout Australia to allow us to obtain advice and to expedite proceedings in the best interests of our clients.

We focus on building and maintaining a professional and long-term relationship between you and your clients quite often the delinquent client of today is the most sought after client of tomorrow.
